MVN Ventures is led by Michelle Nguyen, a talent advisor and founding recruiter with experience building early teams at Coinbase, XMTP Labs, and Anagram. I love partnering with founders who want a thoughtful hiring process that’s structured, practical, and able to evolve with their team.
Having worked across in-house teams, external agencies, and the VC ecosystem, I’ve seen what makes hiring effective at every stage.
